So, You Like Magic?

Magic is a fine Art. It requires a great deal of practice to be able to perform the trick or routine well.  It also requires the skills and talents of being a good entertainer, which is learned via actual live experience and the application of one's personality.

There are numerous categories of magic, which makes every magician unique.  You do not even need to know them all.  Because you already have an idea about magic.

You came to this page because you like some form of magic, and you have an idea of how to include magic in something you plan to do.   Wonderful.

You do not need to know the benefits of experiencing magic.  You already have the answer to that question, or you would not even be here reading what I have to say about it.

As an experienced performing artist doing close-up magic for over twenty-four years now, with the last ten years full time professionally; I am confident you will be thrilled at what I can do for you, yours and any business events that you may be planning.

However, I do require detailed info from you before I will even consider responding to your interest in engaging me for my magical entertainment services.  I only want to speak with key decision makers who are genuine and sincere about having me perform my brand of close-up magic, mentalism, and creative balloon art at your next personal or business event.

You need me and my skills to make your planned experience fun and memorable.  Please do not waste your time if you do not understand my need to pre-qualify exactly who you are, confirm your authenticity, and to learn more about your reasons for considering my entertainment services.

Yes, I demand your respect for the choices I made in my life to provide you with the joy and amazing experiences that good magic has to offer.  If I respond to you, then it all depends on how well you spend your time answering my questions.  I can only be most helpful to prospects who take my questions seriously.

If you are serious, then what I ask of you is not unreasonable or too much to ask.

I want to know how to help you reach your goals.

What is your Full Name (Printed)?  This is a MUST, for if I decide "to ink a deal with you," then I must put things in writing.  Legally I must account for everything I do for tax purposes.  If this is a problem for you, then please leave this page.

The following is not a requirement but will be helpful to me getting to know more about you.

Do you have any representation of yourself, your company or organization online?

What is the full name, address and phone number of your company or organization?

Who are you in your company or organization?

What are your work hours and best times to reach you?

How are decisions made?  Who is the person who will be making the final decision?  What is that person' Full Name (Printed)?  Are they fully delegating the decision to your opinion on whether I should be hired and then signing off on the deal without any reservations?  If not, then they must be present in any of our discussions and negotiations.  NO EXCEPTIONS!

If you are the decision maker, then make a decision.

If not, then please name this person or small group of decision makers, so we can all reach a decision without further delay and move forward with a plan-of-action.

This will make sure my replies go straight to your inbox.

Please Do Not Use the Contact Me Form on: The Sales Salad website for inquiries related to my entertainment services.
I expect you to reply with an answer to any email I send within no more than 2 days.  I do not like being stuck wondering what is happening with our discussions.  Otherwise, I will automatically delete your interest in my entertainment services.
If I do that, then we will have to start all over again.  So, please prioritize our communications.  I do not want to fill my pipeline of opportunities with prospects who drag things out or are too indecisive.  We must either proceed towards finalizing a deal or amicably part ways as friends.  In other words, if you are serious then please act in a timely manner and act accordingly.

Please answer all relevant questions below:
Can you kindly give me an idea of what you like about magic?  Is it the feeling you experience? Or is it the joy of watching the reaction of those in your group, who witness magic happening right before their eyes?
How do you think magic can help you in your business?
What type of event are you planning?
Where will the event take place?
Is your event being made for someone special?
Am I being hired for a wedding?
Do you want me to perform for your employees because they reached a business goal?  And define the business goal attained?
Do you want to treat your employees to a magical event to help with team building?
Is your company or organization going to be part of a trade or business show, and you want me to use magic to attract leads to your table of exhibit space?
How many people do you expect to have at your personal event or business function?
Is your event mostly being made for family, relatives and friends?
Are you and your wife or significant other inviting another couple over for dinner, so after dinner you want to see some magic?
Am I being asked to do a radio broadcast interview?
Am I being asked to do a 3-, 5- or 10-minute spot on a popular televised program?
Am I being asked to play a part in a movie?
The more you can tell me about your event, the more I can help you reach your goals.  I want you to be happy with my work, so the more you can tell me about what you are planning on doing, the more I can help you.

Is your event local within New York City, NY as in: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens or Nassau County, Long Island, NY?
Is your event in my regional areas of:  Staten Island, NY; Suffolk County, Long Island, NY; Eastern New Jersey, or Southern Connecticut?
Is your event being held out-of-State?
I am currently available for bookings in the USA, Canada, and Mexico.  My license allows me to cross the border.

I will also do overseas events and bookings.  However, the details of such opportunities need to be discussed and documented before any dates are secured.  If such opportunities meet my specific criteria, then I will be happy to bring my brand of close-up magic, mentalism and creative balloon art to other countries.

In my professional experience, I have met many people from overseas locations.  I also have multiple testimonials voluntarily given to me from all types of people and from different parts of the world.  Testimonials are available for serious potential prospects.  I will be happy to share some testimonials with qualified prospects.

I recommend to those people who are interested in hiring me, to first arrange a pre-booked meeting with me, before booking an actual deal.  Why?  Magic is broken down into many different categories.  Different magicians focus upon different skills and aspects of magic.  I want you to learn more about me in person, and experience some of my magical abilities.  This way you will know what to expect, and you will not be disappointed.  Your satisfaction is important to me when I am performing my brand of close-up magic, balloon art, mentalism and special effects.  You don't have to book a pre-evaluation meeting, but I strongly recommend it.  If you choose to pass on a pre-booked meeting before hiring me for an actual event, then I will note: that you declined this opportunity on your receipt.  If you make a pre-booked evaluation meeting with me, then there will be a charge for my time.  I will also limit the pre-booked evaluation meeting to three people.  Those three people will vote on whether I am hired for an actual event.

I also guarantee my work in writing.  My guarantee will be put in writing depending on the situation where I will be performing my brand of close-up magic, balloon art, mentalism and special effects.
I normally do a two-hour close-up magic and mentalism show, including some creative balloon art and special effects.  You can choose less or more time than my standard two-hour show.  My standard show rate does not get reduced if you choose less time.  If you require more time, then I will adjust my asking price accordingly.
If you are not happy with the first thirty minutes of my two-hour show, then I will give you the bulk of your money back minus a small effort charge and my travel expenses which cannot be refunded.
If you chose less time than my standard two-hour show, then no guarantee will be given.  In this case, you are paying the same price as my two hour standard show without any guarantee given.

I will provide a written proposal for an administrative fee of $100, which must be paid in advance before the proposal is drafted.  However, if we reach a verbal agreement and I receive email confirmation of your intention to hire my magic entertainment services, then there will be no charge for formalizing our agreement in writing.

Regarding the timing of events:
I require a 7- to 10 days' notice for local events: (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and Nassau County, Long Island, NY).
I require a 10 days' notice for regional events: (Staten Island, NY;  Sulfolk County, Long Island, NY; or Southern Connecticut (within 50 miles from my home office in Queens, NY).  Travel miles will be calculated by Google maps' tools.

I require 5 to 6 weeks' notice for Out-of-State events.  Please note: Airline tickets are lower with more lead time.

I require one and a-half months' notice for an event in Canada or Mexico.  Airline tickets are lower with more lead time.

Worldwide events are also available and require between one and a-half to two months notice.  These type of opportunities must meet other criteria before an actual deal is made.

After payment arrangements are confirmed to secure the event, the client will receive an invoice for payment or for any outstanding balance still unpaid. To be clear, if a proposal is requested by a potential client, before actually giving a written email agreeing to hire my magic entertainment services, for an agreed price, then they will get an invoice for the $100 charge to draft the proposal before it is made.  After payment received and deposited without any problem, a receipt of payment will be issued.

An official receipt of payment will not be issued until actual payment is received.

If an agreement to hire my magic entertainment services is sent by email from a client, for an agreed upon price, then a formal summary of our agreement will be provided at no charge to the client, only after some form of payment is received to secure our deal and book the event.
